I need favor points to cure a patient. How and where do I get these?

I'm a newbie and would appreciate any help!

Thanks for your post. Favor points are acquired after you cure a patient that you place in long-term care, either by using a colleague or by an available doctor. i have done numerous patients in the ward and cant seem to get any house points or favor points or whatever they are called. ahh HOUSE CREDITS. what am i doing wrong? because my patient in critical care has been there for 3 days and i can not afford to BUY the credits that i need to treat her...i liked this game alot until i got to this point and now im debating on whether or not to play because there seems to be no way to advance..

Hi, LizzParadise! You're right, you don't build up house credits quickly by playing the game, but you do get them. There is nothing in the game that can't be done by just playing -- buying credits just allows players to do things faster. We are glad you are playing, and hope you will continue to enjoy the game!
