did not get my budget x2 reward for playing 5 days in a row
i just logged on for the 5th day and it said i get budget x2 and i did not get anything
at time of this post i have 2550 and i did not get the budget x2 applied

Hate to say it, but this is a job for Support, and you will need to contact them with this problem directly. Thank you for bringing it to our attention on the forum, but it can't be solved here. Is this really a common bug? Because I can say that I didn't notice anything as well. If this is happening to more than one person, it might not be the best advice to have everyone contact support but rather have it taken care of.

Since Support is the place where these reports are passed on to the game developers, that's the best place to submit bug reports. Support is WHO can have it taken care of. We appreciate your communication, but I would contact support using the information at the link given above. The community manager can only do the same thing that YOU are doing -- reporting the problem Support is the place to get it looked at and hopefully solved.

2x budget is not 2x your budget
Mod's you should point out to people that it does NOT multiply your current budget x2, it doubles your mini game budget/winnings. To the people who are having problems with 2x budget. It multiplies your mine game, IE blood machine, MRI, and ER patients. The most you can get with 100% accuracy is 50$ but on 2x budget/winnings (time, not day as it only lasts till you close the page) It can be 100$ per ER patient. Hope this helps

I dont see the daily pop up of the free gift for playing days in a row anymore. Plus i've never gotten my 2x budget either & I play EVERYDAY all day long. What can I do about this?

Double budget lasts for a single play session only. It ends as soon as you close the game or refresh. On occasion the daily budget may be lost if you have an "refresh browser error" or temporary internet loss. If this happens, please contact our customer support http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/app/answ...st/p/2070,2454 by clicking "Ask a question" to get a solution on your account specifically. Make sure you are logged in the right Facebook or Uplay account and that you choose "House" in the scroll down menu before you send.”
