    Problem joining friends in MP.

I love the game Ubisoft, but not being able to connect with my clanmates is really getting old. I have been able to connect to a friends party once, since I have had the game. Most of the time I get this message, "unable to establish connection with host". No solution given just that, I understand it takes a lot of time to make and produce a game and greater the amount of effort, but your making hundreds of thousands if dollars off this from our hard earned money, I would expect every aspect to work properly.

And if it does not, then I would be trying to make it work and assuring my customers that we are on it, with more than 1 post here and there saying "we are working on it". Tell us how your working on it and why is it doing this.

Other posts have said to fix this problem buy a better router or open these ports. Where on the case does it state expensive router required or manual programming of router ports required. I'm not a tech geek ok, I dont mess with ports and program routers. I just want to be able to join my fellow clan members in multiplayer.

I was not aware I had to have a tech degree to play with friends, or I would not have bought this game. Bottom line you got my $60 so fix the problem please.

quite often a games owners manual will state that you should have certain ports open or to refer to the PS3's notes on how to setup your router. Using a Peer to Peer network requires people to be a bit more diligent about their settings than say a dedicated server game. That is my opinion based on years of PS3 games and not a tech degree.

If you read over the mod's link you will see a very easy setup to try as well. Figure out how to log into your router. (owners manuals are online for all router brands) Upon logging into your router from a PC you should be able to set a DMZ on your PS3. This removes all firewall or protection from only one device (IP address). This may solve all your problems. The other thing to consider is, is the host also running a proper setup?
