I have my UBI account here that I'm posting with.

When I try to log into RUSE using either this account name or its email user name and password it gives me a "enter a valid user name" error.

Ive swept as much of the forums as I can, and can't find anything concerning my problem.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
