What The Hell Is With The UberSticky Reticle?

I want to aim for myself... So if I want to pan across an area with an enemy I WANT TO PAN ACROSS... not have it slow down so you then overcompensate and then it gets released and you are overshoot. If players like it then fine BUT PLEASE LET THE ONES WHO DON'T LIKE IT TURN IT OFF.

Oh and what the hell is with the ****ed sound going off then a message popping up "Designate priority targets with RB" keep popping up even with tutorials turned off. It just made me so mad I chucked the game disk out the window.

Have to say I hate this game... loved all the rest of the Tom Clancy games but this... ICK! Think I'll go back to Rainbow Six Vegas if I want to play something similar.

Hi, please ensure you add this to the relevant sticky threads at the top of the forum, so these points don't get buried.

I think its like that so you cant Quick-scope. all shooters basically implicated this because of Quick-scoping with snipers.
Ive noticed if youre shooting over cover in scope it sticks even after the aim is released.and with how fast you die in this game those milliseconds where it sticks causes you to get headshot.
