Matchmaking/joinging friends problems on ACR multi? | Forums

I have recently switched internet providers and my new speed has one more MB upload. For some odd reason, I have problems finding lobbies (the matchmaking mechanic is pretty bad, but this is worse). It takes me numerous attempts to find a lobby and I also cannot join any friends. Also, when I do find a match, after the match the freaking loading screen keeps going with that horrible chanting music in the background and the lobby ends up dissolving. I went through the normal motions and made sure to check my connections and NAT settings, but to no avail.

Is anyone else suffering from this problem? Has anyone that has had this issue resolved it, and if so, can you please give me a simple runthrough of how to circumvent this frustration? I don't enjoy getting drunk while trying to find a lobby, I'd rather be drinking while yelling at the OSB fails all around me.

And the answer is yes, I have been drinking, which is why i spell joining with the silent g...

No, I go through a local provider. I am going to try their tech support when Monday comes and hopefully they can help me out. I was also considering rearranging my entire setup so I can wire directly to my router instead of using wireless. I have to stick with my provider, though, as my apartment building only has contracts with two providers and we are switching to fiber op this summer.

Still alive and annoyed/annoying as ever...if only I could find a lobby to be annoying in. Just got off my 3rd 12 hr shift and I would really like to OSB/HG some people who think OSB/SP is a talent...

On a quick search of his post history (all 9 of them), I found 3 where he wasn't just mimicking someone else.

So it's not quite EVERY post. Only 2/3 of them.
