I am also seriously hacked off - the number of times I am unable to play because the bloody conflux isn't working is beyond a joke. I love the game, and want to be able to play it when I choose, not when the conflux decides I can. If there is to be a HOMM 7, then I will have to think long and hard if I am prepared to pay for something that is controlled by others.

Why ubi does not give any response
Ubi SHOULD deal with the problem immediately

Same problem here. Conflux must be offline. I really do not like that I am not able to play my saved games then. It is a really annoying feature. Annoying for people like us that paid for the game. People that use an illegal cracked version do not have this problem. So basically it is a feature that annoys people that buy the game and does not stop people from using it illegally.

I'm not surprised the Conflux is down. Why not? Every other online system in the world goes down on a regular basis.

What shocked and really upset me was that I cannot even load the games I've been playing locally here on my computer. They're all gone! I thought the games were synced to the Conflux server, as in keeping a copy on both the server and my computer, so that if I move to another computer, I can play my game. But it looks like the games are kept ONLY on the server. What kind of crap is that???? In my App Data folder, I do have what looks to be saved Heroes VI game data files, but I don't know how to load them into the game.

This is unacceptable to me, and if I'd known about this online only game saving, I would have thought twice about buying this! We need our games on our local computers! Online systems will never be reliable enough!
