Let's actually have matchmaking for all modes
Let's actually have fully customizable rooms
Let's actually have local splitscreen for ALL game modes (campaign and multiplayer)
Let's actually add more content than the previous game not less.

Let's put some effort into the enemy A.I. as well too please! A good idea would be to have enemy A.I. have some type of field of vision... kind of like the original Metal Gear Solid Tactical Espionage Action game.

If possible, Let's have an objective coop missions like GRAW if possible! (if it can't be done then T-Hunt will be sufficient).

I let the team know both the desire for Terrorist Hunt AND smarter AI in Patriots. I fully support those suggestions, btw. I love Terrorist Hunt but the AI is silly. They know your general area and run right to you. LOL! DERP.

Oh no no, we cant have co-op matchmaking because it's a tactical game and random players will look to disrupt your experience.

Hah, I'm one of those gamers who agrees with the original post, but for an entirely different reason. I couldn't care less about multiplayer-related stuff. The stuff that matters the most are the things most directly related to single-player gameplay. I'd say not to pull a GR:FS here, too, but by that I mean to allow me to command my squad with lots of tactical orders. Allow me to breach and clear rooms with a variety of options. Allow me to customize my character's outfit and weapons--as well as those of my squadmates. If I can do all those things in Rainbow Six, I'm satisfied.

^I'll second this post. It is awesome to control your squad, outfit them accordingly, have them breach and clear, have them not be total morons that can't shoot the person 6 inches in front of them. It is nice to complete objectives as you see fit. Not that I hate linear gameplay but some games are so linear if you step off the dotted line you will explode.

They should definitely keep the old command system. Not having it would be a deal breaker for me.

Agree with having terrorist mode back again as long as they are all spawned on the map at the beginning of the round as it was such a pain to have a terrorist spawn behind me with a spaz 12 when I just cleared the room lol
