To get the "Business Is Good" achievement I have to refer a patient to a colleague 5 times. What does that mean and how do I do it?

Also How do I get the "Pick-Me-Up" achievement?

I recommend reading the new players guide at http://www.gamezebo.com/games/house-...es/walkthrough to get more acquainted with the mechanics of the game. If you are asking about what "referring" means, it means that if you have a patient in the ward you can pick a friend from those who joined the game when you asked and have THEM solve the case. That's a referral.

Each achievement is built into the game. I don't have a list of achievements, so the best I can tell you is to read that walkthrough for a good starting point. Good luck.

When selecting patients in your clinic to treat/test/medicate if you select one to go to the ward or test room while it is filled it will ask you if you would like to refer the case to your friend. If you do and they pick it up it will count towards this achievement. Hope this helps!

and u should only use same type of icon DR on patience to make it go wo cooldown otherwise u need to wait
