Any new game i play on my ps3, even for the 1st time, its automatically giving my points to someone elses name..wtf? Why cant i use uplay? I am NOT buying anew ps3 to get to use uplay...HELP!

I THOUGHT ITD LINK with my psn id, but apparently no! uplay is only recognizing my 360 id, but i hate 360, and only played ac2 on it...

Could you give me a link, or show me where to do this? I tried going through the uplay or ubi sites, only to get to a pagwe which common FAQ's, but no real place to speak with someone, or ask my own question...
