That's pretty bad, better off buying elsewhere sounds like. Maybe you should ask for some kind of compensation or maybe a price reduction.

I have sent emails to the heads of PR and communication at ubisoft about this.. I suggest everyone in this situation do the same.
I have also sent an email to tips@kotaku giving them them all of the information about this horrible situation.
Maybe they will do some research and run a story about this?
