    That's pretty bad, better off buying elsewhere sounds like. Maybe you should ask for some kind of compensation or maybe a price reduction.

    I am in the exact same situation. I ordered about 2 years ago as well 07/05/10. The game still isn't here and I'm pretty upset. I sent an email asking what's going on but I'm waiting for a reply. If I don't get a response I'll call to get some answers. I don't want to cancel my order either because as was allready said they will probably screw up the refund. Like the original poster my credit card was charged as well, which I didn't agree with. Anyway I hope our games get shipped soon. If they don't I feel sorry for the customer service rep that is going to have to deal with me.

    I have sent emails to the heads of PR and communication at ubisoft about this.. I suggest everyone in this situation do the same.

    I have also sent an email to tips@kotaku giving them them all of the information about this horrible situation.
