I preordered Ghost Recon on 7/2/2010 (YES TWO YRS AGO).
I called last week to make sure my order was still in the system and would be shipped with no issues. I was assured everything was fine and I would have my game when it releases.
Well as of today, I STILL do not have the game and customer service is the absolute worst. They told me my order has been screwed up in the system and they have no idea when it will be fixed and my game shipped.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How can this even happen.. and we're going on FIVE days now....
Thanks ubisoft.. I will NEVER preorder from you again.
