I have been having such poor luck with finding one particular item (i.e. tongue depressor, oxygen mask, etc) whenever I desperately need it. Whenever I put my patients in long term care, they require a few items of which I have EXCEPT one. It could be either of these but I always seem to run out of one supply item. So I end up checking each patient in the clinic to see what their reward is if I send them to the Pharmacy. They always seem to have every single other item OTHER than the one I need. This happens quite oftenn and it takes me AT LEAST 3 days (I do play twice daily at most) to find a patient who will give the item I want. Currently I have 2 patients in Long Term Care and they both require a Syringe. This is day 2 without a single syringe so can you please "tweak" the likelihood of getting a supply you want whenever a patient is in Long Term Care?

It's frustrating, but it's completely random. I feel your pain -- it happens to me all the time. Whenever I need one particular item it seems like it NEVER shows up. All I can say is -- keep posting on the Feedback and Suggestions forum.
