5. Again, negated by your own previous point (number 3, in case you forgot). Just because you're not going to be playing noobs with no abilities, doesn't mean you won't be playing against noobs.
6. A better option to get a noob lobby is to play noob-friendly modes, like Simple Deathmatch, because the overabundance of lower-leveled players (because high level players don't like missing out on their cool toys) should increase the odds of having no other prestiged players.
Or, you know, they could look at my suggestion instead, and the early prestige players or non-prestiged latecomers will only have slightly slowed matchmaking instead of being locked out of the game.
