The only thing I can think of is that either it's related to the video lag setting bug or there's a scoring difference between PS3 and Xbox 360. I've also seen other people say the same thing so there has to be something that differentiates those of us who have to hit all the notes to get 100k and those who get some other little bonus.
From the scoring FAQ page the songs are all indexed to 100k without bonuses... 100k on a 100% run would then mean you just didn't get any groove bonuses. Given the lag bug, if you set your lag settings to 0, and play to the sound (or even just slightly ahead of the sound) you should be able to get over 100k on any song with a 100% run.

I checked my score for this on rsevolve and I got 100,707 with a 166 note streak and 99% accuracy on XBox. The funny thing is, when I first started using rsevolve and entered my scores in there my high score was 100,707 as well. (I didn't record the streak and accuracy then, since rs doesn't keep that info around for you after you press continue...) There has to be some sort of bonuses on it. I did notice when I first started playing it I didn't have my timing quite right and had to adjust that a bit to get over 100k so maybe the same thing applies for you?

I played "All the Small Things" today. Not a difficult song by any means, but got a streak of 680 and accuracy of 100% Score was only 109250.
I'm not sure how many notes are in this song but I don't recall seeing 'streak ended" at all.

I could be mistaken, but I believe that if you get an accuracy of 100% you have, by definition, played every note in the song so apparently All the Small Things has 680 notes. I believe.

As luck would have it, my daughter wanted to play multiplayer tonight and she chose Angela. I got a 100% on it. That's only my second one, but the other one was an easy chord arrangement (Run Back to Your Side). Hey - I know Angela is an easy one, but it's got a little solo in it. Gotta enjoy small victories where you find them.

(Edit: photo and Note Count to come)

In the spirit of data collection here is what I have:
Self Esteem Combo 2 NS 682
    Tighten Up Combo NS 344
Next Girl Single Note NS 270
    Rebel Rebel Chord NS 183
I Can't Hear You Single Note NS 378
Spider and the Fly NS 58
Boys Don't Cry Chord NS 141
    Well Ok Honey NS 69
Run Back to Your Side Chord 89

I have the pictures if you really want see them, but I feel self conscious enough even listing them. Most of the non-chord arrange are barely more than an alternate chord arrangements, as I recall.
I am not confident about the Self Esteem NS tally being complete. I didn't think it was leveled when started that run, but it gave me purple score and unlocked master mode.

I was able to get 100% on Go With the Flow combo. That wasn't too hard. I've had 99% on Angela combo a whole bunch of times but never 100%. I'll keep trying. I'm working on House of the Rising Sun combo and I am no where near 100%. That song seems easy but it's so easy to screw up.

The problem with Rocksmith is you can have a friend sit and press the hell out of the pause button and 100% anything...you can also feed the games track back into the Rocksmith cable with a mixer and 100% the songs....100% means nothing, slap your guitar on the amp and play it, that's the objective of learning.

We are not worried about cheaters and they are easy to spot. My guess is that it is too much trouble to cheat just to brag in these forums. If someone does that, it is a really dumb cheater!
