No sound on 360 version. Help?

It is completely unplayable. I cant play multiplayer or the campaign. Plays music but, not voice or other effects. Anyone else having this problem and/or advice? After so long in development I expected this game to go off without a hitch. Hope someone can help or it gets fixed soon! Thanks guys.

Are you using an external audio source? or just playing with regular TV speakers? Check the audio settings for the console versus what you have set up for the with the TV. Also double check the options menu (Main Menu / Extras / Options) and make sure the voice and sound effects are all the way up.

I have checked all of it. It just goes in and out all on its own. Not a thing is wrong on my side, unfortunately it is the game.

Did you do a manual install of the game on your hard drive?? If you havent, you should try that.

Yeah I did that after it installed the sound. It did not work either. Guess I'll have to wait a few more days till it is fixed. Not very happy

Try letting your Xbox box rest?
Maybe you've been playing games all day with it?

Just let it rest for about 30min to a hour with no heat sources near it so it can cool off.
Before doing so, open the disc tray and blow in it to loosen away any dust particles if any. Hope this helps.

I am also having this problem. I have the game installed to my 360's hard drive, and when playing campaign, nothing can be heard save for music.

EDIT: multiplayer also has no sound, and music cuts in and out frequently

Same problem here. Installed game on HDD, played multiplayer for a few matches then, midmatch, sound effects completely cut off. Exited the game and cleared cache. Restarted Xbox and game. Still no luck as no sound effects can be heard in MP or when tested in firing range.

It seems to happen to those that have installed in on HDD, for those that have had problems with this have you tried deleting the game from your HDD and running from disc and see if that fixes it.

I was able to make it work by deleting the campaign data I had. Weird.
