I was in my Relto changing clothes and when I exited back to Uru the game locked up. I Alt-tabbed to the desktop then ended the URU process. Now whenever I try to log in I get that error message "Failed to get player list from vault". ???

Lol just posted this at the same time as you.
Now I am guessing the server is down. Maybe an update maybe a crash. It would be nice if they could just let us know if the server is down other then giving us errors. like maybe on that main screen just saying servers are down.

yep, the same just happened to me: Unable to transfer player data.

Also when the game crashed on my wqay to relto.

I guess they should make the error message a bit more explicit. " Failed to get player list from vault" is probably usefull for the devs, but not for your avarage uru playing joe.

Actually, I just got my player list. Maybe it was a hiccup in the system?
