UbiSucks
I just spent the last 7 hours trying to install a game you published. It took 2 hours to install from disk. It took another hour and thirty minutes to "update" online. It took another three and a half hours of trawling through help me files to try and get the game working after the patching process finished, and it still screwed up and won't work.... stuck in a loop telling me to delete some settings.ini file which i did no less than five times before I threw the disk in the trash. This is the third Ubisoft published game I have bought this year. £120 and NONE of the games have worked when loaded or they crash when part way through. This does not happen with other publishers products (EA, Microsoft, 2K, etc). It is UBISOFT at fault. I give up on Ubi-you. I'm done with you. Your technical support only seems to support your bank balance. £120 may not be much to you, but I had to put hundreds of miles in paper rounds to make that money and you took it from me with no return. I refuse to sell the FAILED games to anyone else just to recover my losses. I will buy your product NO MORE. Goodbye Ubisoft. You Ubisuck. Thanks for nothing.

Hi, have you contacted Technical Support? the link is in my signature. They would be able to troubleshoot with you.

seems like it is your computer which needs sorting out. you may have a file which you cannot delete. The first thing I think you should do is restore your computer right back to factory settings and try again. It may work, it may not. But good luck with getting it to work.
