i found out how to heal shorsightedness, it worked on me
3 dys ago i started tensing and relaxing a muscle between my eyes, i think its the fornix of the brain
by now i se nearly perfect though i have 8 dioptries of shorsightedness
my theory is that the function of a muscle in the brain is to eliminate calcificated incrustations of the brain by fisically stretching it
also the antipsicotic shot ive just had has boosted the effects
so i wont need my 8 dioptries bullet proof glasses any more unless i have to drive

Tell me more!!
wow pretty strong glasses and if this exercise helped great
tell me more about which exercise you use and how to achieve the results.
Hopefully it is repeatable with another user
I hate using glasse although I only need +2 strength for reading only

well first started taking control concious of my eyes parallax with stereo images both convergent and divergent method now i can see double at will and have almost full control of the parallax of my eyes
then i learnt to move the muscles of the focus of my eyes
then i learnt to move the focus of my eye while seeing double
now i learnt to tense something in the midel of the eys that flattens my eye lens, this made the biggest improvement
it goes something on this vein:
outlaw is being very constructive on the subject here:

since i made this thread i used my bullet proof 8.5 dioptries glasses like 5 minutes, i can see a car plate at 20m in day light though i admit on artificial or bad light i still see pretty bad though much better than before

i have a new theory
theres no agrement on how the ciliary muscles acomodate
i think by tensing the zone between the eyes im also tensing the ciliary muscle ANTAGONIST which flattens the eye
im begining to isolate this muscle and seeing very well and some of the time perfect
seems im following identical path to that video on the acomotrack
