    online keycode

    i have installed the game a few months ago and i had to reinstall my computer.
    now i want to install the game again and i have to type my online keycode but it says it's allready in use. (offcourse, by me)

    but now i cannot play the game?? can someone help me??

    Contact Ubisoft Support and show them some proof of purchase. They should be able to send you a replacement code in that case.

    There's no know way to bypass this. and if you have a legit Ubi Username and password that you registered a legit code with you don't need to and can login no problem. Send Ubi the code and barcode from the box and they can tell you which account you used if you can't remember.

    They had to re-install on their computer. The codes are one-use only, and if you have to switch computers or the like, you need another code. This is because the code anchors the game to that computer.

    no, normaly it doesn't work like that, i had the same problem with napoleon total war. try to install your old steam acount on your pc and install it then,you don't have to re-enter the code. if that doesent work you have to contcact steam support and they will solve the problem imediately.
