The Renegade is unlocked by completing the memory "The Renegade" in the single player, Sequence 7 memory 3 I think. The Ottoman Jester and Doctor were both pre-order bonuses but they are now both included in the Lost Archive DLC for Revelations.
is there any change of getting them without buying that DLC?

hmm.... that seems like a genius alternative. maybe he'll go for it... after all, you can get the game all over again!woot for ebay and private sellers!
but it all seriousness though... what's wrong with the $10? while the dlc can get sorta boring if you didn't like the desmond missions, it's a nice little story if you play through... quite surprising at moments too. i highly recommend you to get it. overall, it's a fair price for the missions as well as the personas.
