Hello BiGLi88
The issue that you are describing is generally caused by an problem with the video card. The drivers may be out of date and could be causing a compatibility issue.
Also there may be an issue with requirements. If you could post your Direct X info we can take a look and troubleshoot the issue for you.
1. From Windows, click Start -> Run (XP), Start Search (Vista), or Search Programs and Files (Win 7). (Alternately, press the Windows key and the "R" key at the same time.)
2. In the Open box, type "dxdiag" (without the quotes) and click OK.
3. Once the DXDIAG file is open, click on the "save all information...” button.
4. Click the save button to save the file as a text file to your Desktop.

Hello BiGLi88
The system that you have seems to have the requirements to run the game. I do want to let you know though that the mobile video card that you have is not guaranteed to play the game because laptop video cards are not tested.
You can contact Ubsioft Support http://support.ubi.com/ and they can dig a little deeper to find out what else could be causing the problem.

oki, I see..thank you very much
