Ghost Ship: Throw the entire ship's crew into the ocean.
DUDE. Stealth. I love the Red Herring one. That would be an epic achievement. It'd be hard as balls too! 'cause you screw up, he knows you're there. There would also be other guards to worry about although if you take them out first and leave there bodies, he'd run to them and check. hahaha
Joker - Knock down co-op partner by shooting a fire extinguisher when they are near it 20 times. This one was available in C without an actual achievement, lots of laughs at the expense of the players that liked to totally trash the stealth approach.

Catch - Knock co-op partner down by throwing bodies at them. 10 times.
Shame you can't throw a sticky cam ON to a guard or your partner, then we could have a 'piggyback' achievement - Mark enemies using a sticky cam placed on roving patrol man.

Friends Forever: Kill your Co-Op partner then revive him.
Dancing Partner: Take a guard as a human shield and keep moving him in circles around and around and around for 10 times
