If anyone still sincerely cares, a potential method to bring PL back.
While this forum is full of gripes on Project Legacy's forgotten updates and recent crashes and bugs, it began to remind me of the Occupy Movement: Present, but not PROFOUND.
What I mean to say is we need to confront the developers in any suitable opportunity on the future of the game. If UbiGabe has another Q&A, ask about PL! DiiLite got a similar job, so you could ask him too! If you're going, (or even plan on going) to a summer convention (E3, PAX, SDCC, TGS), make it a PRIORITY to ask about the game, and potential connectivity to AC III!
I noticed no such questions were asked during Revelation's development, by fans or the press, so it led me to make the cynical forum title, and gave me the impression that none are grateful for a wonderful utility to both Brotherhood and the AC Universe, which is probably why Ubisoft stopped caring!
Bringing the game up may be just what Ubisoft needs to affirm our concerns and desire for the game.
Assassin's Creed fans, please put forth the effort to inquire about this game we are all "patiently" waiting for to return triumphantly, like Altaïr in 1247!

This may be a possibility. I think it would be good to let the people know how much fans really enjoy assassin's creed and all the features and want to enjoy playing what is offered. However, people know that ubisoft can produce great games and stuff. People were amazed at all they did for AC 2 and brotherhood. So, when lower rated stuff comes out from ubisoft for games attached to AC ubisoft naturally is going to get complaints. Now, the only real complaint that I've heard about project legacy is the connectivity problems which I, myself, have experienced. Honestly, we need ubisoft to know how much we, the fans, enjoy their stuff in order to encourage them to keep keeping things going and making things even better, not worse, or slower, or with less efficiency. Really, we need both parties to work. The fans to support and those that produce to produce good stuff and to do well. Thanks for your input sycoe. However, just so you know, assassin's creed has comments and stuff all the time from people so they should get some message that people are interested in what they have out. I know there are a lot of complaints but that can be natural as people are going to be looking for things. Ubisoft needs to see these complaints for what they are, an opportunity to improve. If someone says the multiplayer is worse than before then it probably means things need to be edited, possibly not changed back, but improved so that people can enjoy it better. I'll admit there are stupid comments at times, however, if a game, and/or series, is great then really what real effect can stupid comments do if a game/series is better than everything, or almost everything. The comments are pretty much like scratch marks on steel: people know that they are there, but people may be able to avoid them as they really won't matter. I hope that Ubisoft can continue to make good things and improve, as people are looking for step-ups always, especially with great series' like AC, and not step-down as this always makes fans look at step-down type games with dismay, especially great games/series. If Ubisoft can continue to produce good stuff then, no doubt, they will continue to have fans that love what they produce.
