Accidently registered 2 copies of the same game to one account instead of ...........
Hi all,
Made a stupid mistake last night. I had just bought and downloaded a 2nd copy of ANNO 2070,
but instead of registering it to my new account, I accidentally registered it on the same account as my other anno copy.
This is preventing me from playing both copies at the same time on different computers, as I wanted to play multiplayer with my friend.
I can not find any options anywhere to un-register/unlink my 2nd ANNO 2070 copy from the uplay account it is on and move it to my other account.
As you can imagine, this is quite irritating and leaves me worrying about the 35 quid I have just spent on the game.
I have put a ticket in for support but that could take a while. Any advice would be welcomed.
Thanks

Yet again UBISOFT is to lose another customer. I had my reply from support. They have basically said I registered the key,
They cant allow me to move it to the account I wanted it on in the first place. so I am left with a 35 pound purchase that is completely useless for me.
Yes the 2 anno 2070 games will run on different pc's but they both cannot connect to the same uplay account at the same time.
So when 1 copy is in use the other can't be. How is that so hard to understand ?
I payed 35 quid, it went from my bank to ubisoft bank, I have no access to the product that I have just bought.
Surely Ubisoft can bend a little.
