To be fair, that first point is subjective (I *like* the changes. That doesn't mean they were correct or good, but neither does it mean they were "wrong" because any number of fans didn't like them) and the second point is slightly misplaced. They didn't remove town screens, per-se. I've looked at some modifications people have done and they actually found links to in-development town screens that were scrapped when ubi decided to release the game before it was finished. It would be more appropriate to say that Ubisoft didn't care enough to see the game finished (which, in my opinion is far worse than a bad design choice, as it shows that greed and ignorance run things rather than simply misguided design). That's why you see references to other factions and such. They were originally to be included in the game.
That being said, it would be nice to see arachne and other dynasty weapons fixed. Other than that though, I do think the bug list is slowly decreasing, which is nice. My question is can we now play custom maps online? Because that would make the map editor a priority, and the notes seem to indicate "download map in lobby". I currently can't connect my game online, so has someone tried to play multiplayer custom map? That may give mapmakers much more incentive.
