I open the game tonight, it did a update and open to a new GR widow. There is a blank box there wher i think your menu should be.

The closed beta servers are currently offline. They are going to be down for an undisclosed period of time until another phase starts.

I'm not sure if it will help or not since the closed beta is offline now, but try clearing your Internet Explorer cache and cookies and then restarting the launcher. You won't be able to log into the game though until another testing phase starts.
