Hi Darkane, the closed beta is currently offline. Another phase will likely be starting sometime in June (not set in stone) according to what we've read so far.

Hi Darkane!
As Freelancer has stated, the beta is currently closed at this time. When it does come back up, you may want to reinstall the game and then try. Unfortunately until then, there isn't much that can be done as far as getting the launcher to work for you. If there is another update when we open back up (and that wouldn't surprise me), everything may run great out of the box for you. If you do have problems after we open up the next phase with launching the game, please send in a support ticket so we can help you a bit more in depth.
