I need bandages for my critical case (main storyline) and I've treated four or five clinic patients now that should have rewarded me bandages, and I still only have the one I started with I'm out of energy now!

Also in the update/bug fix my MRI machine dropped from level 3 to 1. I got sick of waiting for a fix because it didn't go back, so I upgraded it to level 2 myself using in game money but I shouldn't have had to spend $400 or whatever it was to get it up one level, and I'm going to have to pay again to get it to the next one. It's really impeding the rest of the game play when the rewards are smaller.
