Hi all
I really haven't posted here much recently (seems to be the 'in' thing these days) but just a moment ago I thought I'd drop in and peruse.
In doing so I clicked on my bookmark link "The Blairgowrie" and paused for an instant to recall that Jim used to be with us not so very long ago and no longer is.
That's a real shame.
He was one of the people here that I would have enjoyed getting to know in real life.
Anyway,
Here's to Jim! Gone but not forgotten!

Jim will of course be coming to Duxford flying legends again as he did last year,

Jim was a great man and set an example for all to follow.
He was, in part, responsible for my move to Maine and he had a setup at home that, at the time, I could only dream of.
In the near future I hope to start my own small lumber mill. Having scores of acres of woodland is any woodworkers dream.
Jim, you are missed by so many.
