Oh I see, you are on the www.cyanworlds.com website. Well actually if you go to that site you will see a link to "Legal" on the left hand side in the menu bar, and that works fine
I can't see any other link to Legal from that site. Maybe the link you are seeing is an old link that you had bookmarked and the page has now been moved to another location.
