Just using your post as an example - I don't think hanging up quitters is the best solution. The goal should be to minimize the source problem - to encourage them to willingly complete matches, not penalize them and track their activities, nor force them to begrudgingly finish a game. Most of this issue will likely be resolved when we have a larger pool of online players. Meanwhile, I'm on board with the current solution of forfeited XP/RP gains for aborted matches.
