im trying to sign in using my uplay account in the game but it says invalid

when i was redeeming code it didnt ask me to make a new name and password or anything, so whats the issue?

Hi Vocu,

Are you trying to redeem your beta key? If so please send in a support ticket with the key you are trying to use along with where you received it from and we'll investigate the issue. If you are having sign in issues on the website, try clearing out your cookies/cache from your browser.

i entered the beta key and downloaded the beta, when i launch the game and try to sign in in-game it says invalid name or password

When the game comes back up for the next phase of the beta (sorry no date yet announced at this time) and you continue to have this issue, please make sure you have your cache/cookies cleared out of your IE browser. And if you still have problems, let us know and we'll help you get it fixed up and get you into the game!

The closed beta is currently offline and will be until further notice (we, the community, are expecting it back sometime in June).
