    Can't Run the GRO Launcher

    Every time I click on the launcher icon on my destop I get this message:


    So, I alredy updated my pc with windows update, I followed the link and try to install the .NET 3.5 Framework but nothing works!
    I really need some help please, big fan of GR and waiting to play this game and now I can't.

    Try uninstalling all the .net Framework stuff you have on your PC, reinstall .net Framework 4 and then the one they link to for 3.5.

    Ok I tried to uninstall everything then Installed framework 4, but when I got to the link from ubisoft to install the 3.5 SP1 and I click on it, nothing happens.
    When I checked the GRO icon I still get the same error. Frustrating, cause this is the only time I can try it out and I can't.

    Hey Vip-Sphinx,

    Please submit a support ticket so we can help you with this issue. Also please include a DxDiag with your ticket (and your screenshot). If you are unsure of how to retrieve this information, please follow the instructions below: 1. From Windows, click Start->Run
    2. In the Open: box, Type DXDIAG
    3. Click the save button to save the file as a text file in your Desktop.
    4. Click the back button in this browser and attach the file at the bottom of the page.

    I created the text file for the DXDIAG but don't know where to put it or inserted. I guess is too late now since the close beta ended on Monday. But I never made it work.
