Annoying Launcher Issue | Forums

Everytime before I open the launcher I have to end Launcher.exe and dfsvc.exe otherwise the launcher will not open. It's been doing this ever since I first downloaded the game a few weeks ago.

Thank you for letting us know about this issue you are having. Would you please submit a support ticket regarding this issue so it can be looked into further? If you can be as descriptive as possible and also include screenshots if you have any/take any along with your DxDiag, it would be greatly appreciated! If you are unsure of how to retrieve this information, please follow the instructions below: 1. From Windows, click Start->Run
2. In the Open: box, Type DXDIAG
3. Click the save button to save the file as a text file in your Desktop.
4. Attach to your support ticket.
