Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place, I'm new here.

I've been playing the standard settlers 6 game (Rise of an Empire) and have completed all the missions so thought I'd play online.

I'm immediately presented with a dialogue advising that initialising the network has failed when I try this though.

I then tried inputting the activation code (in case I needed to do this first) via options -> Game but it won't accept it.

Bit disappointed that I've hit a brick wall. Any suggestions?
