Sounds like I've been called on this, I was wondering when that would happen. I'll agree that there may be some difficulty with wall paper, and maybe vinyl, I haven't tried it on a varied amount of finishes. And when you say "that accuracy over extended periods of time" you give yourself an out that would be unreasonable to argue against. The game is about 4 to 10 hours long depending on whch campaign you play, and the likelihood that 'I' could perform the action for those repeated extended periods might be stretching the truth. That and the fact that surfaces aren't that available for long duration ledge runs.

I'm fairly fit but no kind of parkour specialist and, I may be 100lbs lighter than you, but I have no problems hand over handing it with feet on the wall at all. Gravity is less of a problem than when just hanging by my hands.
Pulling myself UP from a hang on freshly formed concrete is also not an issue, I've done it repeatedly on 10' high foundation footings in front of men much younger who can testify to it. They had problems with it but I assume that's because they haven't lived a life of labor or just didn't have the same will power.
Refine your specifications of what constitutes a Passing grade for a ledge run, (SCC IS a game, and like I said, crouch walking around for 10 hours is just as unlikely) and apply it to the real world and I might bother to make a video for you.
Here is my outline for the argument;
- Once maneuvered to a position where hands and feet are in the right position, ledge run hand over hand and foot over foot for a distance of 20' at a speed similar to the one's seen in Conviction. Finish ledge run by pulling body up on to the surface used to hang from.
My distance is set because if it's more than that I will have to search for a different surface, but that will only improve my ability since I won't have to be ledge running at an upward angle of 30 degrees or more and using the roofing shingles as the hand surface.
Then we can ge to the money part...Mr Deep Pockets.
