Anno 1404 profile problem | Forums

Hello

I start a campaign and complete the 1st stage and then exit the game.I then play Anno 1404 again,but when i try to start on the 2nd aprt of the campaign it doesn't launch!(i also lose my achievements for my online profile).I have tried different online profiles and the same thing happens every time.I have no problems with offline profiles but would like to play multiplayer games.Can anybody tell me what i am doing wrong?.Thank you.
