I tried to accept the help from one of my friends and now they are stuck and blocking my big carrot patch. I have tried giving it a day to go away, refreshing the page several times, and accepting her help every time I refresh hoping it will go through and do its thing and then go away, but it always gets stuck on the big carrot patch. Thank you I will let you know whenever she is gone. Right now her image is still stuck over my carrot patch.

I'm having the same problem, except my helper is stuck on my bakery.

I've had this happen as well- just refresh the game and click "Decline" instead of accept. =) It'll remove the image.

this just happened to me as well, including being stuck on my big carrot patch ... but refreshing and declining does seem to have made it go away.

yes I have a person stuck over my bakery and can't access the bakery and horse is not going into training any more

I have actually found that if you accept their help and they get stuck reload and deny. cause they won't keep helping it doesn't add anything to your money so declining doesn't hurt but it does get rid of them. my bf always got stuck on my bakery
