Some of my thoughts about the game...
Do you have any plans to add more hairstyles and colours. I really don't like any of the ones available, and if I was trying to look like me, well, I have pink hair! More outfits would be nice too! I like customising my avatar in games as much as possible.
I enjoy the mini-games, but more variation would be good too as they're getting a bit repetitive now and I've not been playing for very long, and I'm sure in time I'll get bored of them.
My biggest gripes are to do with the issue of friends... needing them to consult on cases for House Points and then having to wait insane amounts of time for them. I like to play games without having to force my friends to play. I have got 5 friends to play since I started, and when I began I had no-one to play with, so just me spreading the word that it was fun was enough, you don't need to force me to rope friends into it because I can't play without it...
I hate energy levels in all games on FB. I don't know why someone decided games on social networking sites must have a time limit you play per day, because it drives me up the wall. If I want to play 24 hours a day, why shouldn't I be allowed to? And I'd be much more likely to reach into my wallet and spend real cash on the game if the time limit/energy constraints were removed. I really dislike games where I have to sit waiting for a clock to tick over for something to be "ready". I might as well sit in front of the microwave or just watch the clock, or go back to Farmville if that's what I wanted to do, but it's not actually fun is it? Nobody likes to wait in real life, so why should we enjoy waiting in a game format?? It makes no sense!
What you have made so far looks brilliant and as potential to be excellent, but it isn't there yet.
I thought about how much I loved Theme Hospital when I was younger, and this reminded me of it just a little. If you could make it even more like Theme Hospital, and add an ability to customise the hospital in a similar way (not just redecorate the walls) it would add a whole new level of fun to the game for me.
What you need is good solid core game-play that does not require people to spend real money. You need cash, obviously, as nobody can develop a game for free, but people will spend money or extras on personalisation like clothes, room design and ways to make the game easier like machines or something, but if I think I have to pay £X now to progress in the game, I'd be put off as I don't know how many times I'll need to pay again to keep going to the end
Oh and specialisms. As you can't pick your specialism, it's picked at random, at one point all my friends were Glandular Specialists and nothing else! I still don't have the full spectrum of specialisms in my friends list and that's annoying! There are 6 specialisms and I have 5 friends playing. Including me, it would be nice if we had one specialism each, (and then I have 2 in game specialists, Taub and Chase). Perhaps I could make use of my own specialism in game too? That would be fun. I am a Head Specialist, so it would be nice if there were things in game that were specific to my specialism. Maybe I could diagnose and treat head problems quicker with less resources, and maybe I could have a Head specific mini-game- but if I helped in my friend's hospital I could play their specialism mini-game once a day, and if they visited they could play mine?
I'm currently frustrated on case 6 waiting for energy to regenerate, without enough money to buy drugs for patients. I've hassled all my in game friends for energy (which is hard having to pick through my entire friends list trying to remember exactly who plays, other games have an option of "Friends who play this game" in a list and you can pick from them, or "select all") I'm not spending real money on this at this point, as I have explained. But it's annoying. I have time and I want to play NOW, but the constraints of the game mean I can't- that's not fun!!
I hope my suggestions make sense to you and will be heard by someone. I really like this game, and I'll keep telling people about it, as long as it stays good!

I really hoped somebody would read my feedback and reply. I spent a long time thinking about it and constructed what I though was helpful and constructive criticism and I hoped someone would at least say "thanks we'll look into it"

Your feedback is always helpful, and I apologize for not getting back to you more quickly. As the game evolves, it will no doubt become more fine-tuned, and we will always be glad to review feedback to help in the process. Thank you very much for playing and we definitely do appreciate your thoughts.

Thank you for replying.
I'm afraid I have some other issues (sorry!) After the update and following fix the other day, my MRI machine went back to level 1 from 3 and it's still not gone back again...
My other issue is the emergency game with the heart monitor. Sometimes I know I pressed the mouse button at the right time and it fails it, and often I've missed it (like not noticing the game has started a few times!) and I get "good" on each peak? I'm not sure if it's calibrated wrong or what?! I'm not as keen on that game, it feels a bit random and like I could just hammer the mouse button randomly and get the same score! My favourite mini game is the MRI imaging, though it would be nice if it could get even more images to match up.
I'm really pleased with most of the game so far and think it's going well, and I hope my feedback is useful as part of the beta testing.

Your feedback is ALWAYS useful -- have no fear of that. If you are still having problem with the MRI machine perhaps you should report this. The link that shows you how to contact support is at http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...ontact-Support . Thank you for your comments.
