So I sent ticket to support concerning opening ports. I have norton Internet security with smart firewall and needed to know what web adress i needed to enter to allow the ports to be open. My response made me laugh. I wasn't given an answer to my problem but was told that opening ports won't work with Norton and that I needed to uninstall norton firewall. Seriously?
