would like some help with my cd key, its been some years since i played on line not good with tech stuff, couldn't get my old account with ubi so i opened a new account but was able to still use my old screen name ??? when entering my cd code keeps coming up in valued any help i would be grateful thanks

When entering in the multiplayer key make sure that you enter in the key in capital letters along with the dashes. It should look like this: FCY-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.


If you continue getting an invalid key error please contact Ubisoft Support ( http://support.ubi.com/ ) so that they can troubleshoot your issue.
