Jesse Knapp, the lead developer for GRO, said that he'll talk to the marketing people and try and secure even more rewards for people who get to level 30 with all 3 classes during closed beta. The rewards would be given at the start of open beta, thus be around forever.

So he probably feels pretty good. Even though there was no assurance it would happen, I'd try for it.
