ACR Multiplayer Freezing
Hi i have this problem. The multiplayer works fine but it will only freeze at the time i will go and press ''play now'' and after while a it will redirect me to the main menu and and a message shows up which says ''ubisoft server is unavailable at this time'' i can play custom matches and everything else.It will only freeze while im going to search for matches at ''play now''.I have port forwrded updated my drivers shuted down my firewalls allowed ACR to connect to the internet freely i have tryed everything...This also happens exactly to ACB.I would be very greatfull if someone could at least give me and answer.I think that the problem isnt from internet cause i managed one time to find a match and play because the multiplayer didnt freeze that specific time.Thanks..

Hello,
Can you provide some details as to how you are connecting? Is this a wireless or wired connection? Try going to the main install folder for the game and locating the ACRMP.exe file and use this to launch the multiplayer. Before doing so, right click the icon and choose to run as admin and see if that changes anything. It sounds like you have already tried most of the suggestions that I would give here. However I included a link below to some steps (some you may have already attempted). I would also suggest submitting a support ticket over at http://support.ubi.com with any additional details you may have.

Normally if there is a Punkbuster issue it would give an error message mentioning the tool. However, it wouldn't hurt to check that as a possible issue. Have you already tried updating punkbuster? If not, you can do so at the even balance website here http://evenbalance.com/index.php?page=support-acr.php. Otherwise, please create a support ticket over at http://support.ubi.com with your dxdiag and msinfo files so we can take a better look at the issue.
