It says that DB3DB9 dosnt reach requirments or something like that and in the yeticapserror file the only one ive failed is MaxTextureWidth . Can this be solved and how?

If I had to guess, I would say that you need to update your DirectX 9 Redistributable. Or your graphics card is not compatible with the game.
