When i press play, it opens a black screen and freezes like this. I have played game before with this computer. I don't have any saves. Tried to update my driver and re-install game. I can't add dxdiag report because it too long. Can anyone help ? (Sorry For My English)

Hello PoseidonTR,

Can you let us know what type of video card you are using on the system? Also, have you performed a reinstall of the game since encountering the issue? Even though you have played the game previously, I would double check the system specs versus the minimum requirements listed here. If there were any changes to the system such as new software installed or new drivers installed, I would also double check your video card settings as those could have possibly changed. If so you may need to reconfigure.

My video cart is GeForce 9500 GT. Added 2048 mb ram to my system after i uninstall game. I tried reinstalling twice times. I think my pc is enough to run this game.

Hi, the video card should definitely be able to run the game. Have you installed the latest drivers already? Try doing so over at http://www.nvidia.com and also check the video card settings as well if you haven't done so.
