The delay to the PC version is because several improvements are being worked on in order to take full advantage of the PC platform http://ghost-recon.ubi.com/gr-portal...t=tcm:6-231-32

A few weeks delay really is not a big deal, especially when you consider the upgraded textures etc. It sucks because we are impatient, but its also good news!

That short list of 'features & benefits' in the over a month old announcement is ridiculously far from 'taking full advantage' of the PC platform -- in fact without any real or official show & tell it remains to bee seen if the PC is being used to any advantage at all...

What's more, what we have seen in screen shots like this and the others in this thread that claim to be from the 'PC' build of the game (though it doesn't appear to be official) look absolutely terrible -- with draw distance, DOF and fog culling far worse then anything we've seen for either console and looks more like a DirectX 8 game then 11...

If that's what an extra month and a half is being used to achieve, is what Ubisoft consider good use of DirectX 11, 'taking full advantage of the PC', and is representative of how the game will actually look on PC -- it's obvious why there has been so little news and information regarding the PC iteration of GR:FS due to this epic embarrassment...

Please, let this not be the case...
