    Far Cry 1, stutter when going into new area

    Hey guys,

    on FC1 I get some stutter whenever I move into a new area.

    580 GTX
    i7 2.4ghz
    3gb ram
    creative xtreme souncard
    western digital 1tb HDD

    Anyone know why this is happening?

    Hey gregthepeg


    There may be a couple of things that could cause this issue. With your system being so advanced there may be an issue with the software utilizing the system properly and that may cause some compatibility issues.

    You can try updating your drivers for your system including the drivers for the monitor itself. Also you will want to make sure that the NVIDIA control panel settings are set to application controlled.
