    Cannot access online content despite having bought Brotherhood

    I recently bought ACB, installed the whole thing but somehow cannot access any of the online content such as investings in stores and the multiplayer section of the game. I constantly get the same error that the Ubisoft servers are offline or that I am not connected to the internet, even though I am. Also, something else that strikes me as odd is that I never had to enter any form of a key code during installation. I suspect that may be the cause of my problems. Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

    Is this the dvd or digital download version of the game? You should definitely be prompted for an activation key on the first launch of the game. Do you remember which retailer you purchased from? I included a link below that contains some common solutions for this type of issue. Take a look and if you still have trouble, please send a support ticket to our office via http://support.ubi.com

    Thank you for your help.
    However, I tried all the suggestions to no avail. I still can't connect to the internet. I bought the dvd version at a Dutch web store. When exactly was I supposed to enter the key code during the installation process?

    Once the install has completed and you launch the game, the first thing you should see is a small box requesting the activation key. Create a support ticket with us through http://support.ubi.com and we will be able to get some more detailed info to hopefully solve your issue.
