I've been waiting for a beta key by Ubisoft since January and I still didn't get my beta key by Ubisoft. Then CVG started handing out beta keys.

So I got 1 beta key. Now this is the part where stuff gets strange:

I log in and this comes up

YOU ARE IN THE BETA QUEUE

REALLY???? I was waiting since ****ing JANUARY, finally got a beta key, and I can't even redeem my beta key. The only thing which comes up is "YOU ARE IN THE BETA QUEUE". Apparently everyone else gets the screen where you can redeem your beta key, but I don't. How do you fix this glitch??? Please help!

We have heard about this issue, I have escalated this up to look into this further for you. If you are in North America, you can click the "Ubisoft Support" link below to submit a ticket with us so we will have an active incident for your issue.

The problem with the BETA access via Splinter Cell: Conviction and/or the BETA tokens not working should be resolved now. If your are still having an issue (And in North America) click on the "Ubisoft Support" link below and create an incident ticket with us. Or call us at 919 460 9778
