is anyone else getting favour points going missing? twice now i've had 2 patients give me a favour point each at around the same time, i use one, then a few minutes later the other one goes missing. im sure i havent used it, as they only get used with the story patients.

it takes me like a day to get these, and its pretty frustrating when i dont get to use them all.
